My wife had a spring break on our large door when she was trying to leave for work so on my way back home to help my wife get out I called Lifetime door and left a message. On my way back to work they returned my message to get the details and said that they could get a tech out that afternoon which I was fine with. By the time I got back to work Jay the service tech called me and said that he could be out in about an hour which was excellent. He got they about 9am and replaced both springs on the large door adjusted the opener settings and the safety eyes and lubed the wheels he also did the same to the smaller door and was done with the entire job in about an hour. Jay was professional on the phone and explained thoroughly what was done, excellent service and would Lifetime Door for your garage door needs.
